Habitaciones muy grandes, el personal muy amable, con los niños muy bien, si volvemos a Andorra repetiremos. Muchas gracias por la atención que nos habéis dado a los adultos y a nuestro niño.

Prima locatie, zeer modern en praktisch ingericht hotel. Parking onder het hotel met rechtstreeks toegang naar de kamers.
Kamer upgrade gekregen naar een suite zonder bijbetalen. Ontbijt verzorgd in een mooi decor op de 5de verdieping. Prijs kwaliteit één van de beste in mijn belevenis.
Je moet in de liften steeds je sleutel kaart gebruiken. Omslachtig

The people at the front desk were amazing! Speaking English or French with us, giving us every information we needed about the city. The location of the hotel is very good.
When a 4* hotel has a 9 rating on booking, one can expect much more. The noise in the room because of the old windows is unbearable when you finally want to sleep. The door to the corridor was paper thin, you can hear all your neighbors gossip. The old ceramic tiles were cracking under our feet, there were grout missing on the bathroom wall, the bathtub rusted, and so on. The breakfast was a huge letdown, no variety what so ever. For the amount they are charging for a night, you can get better value for your money someplace else.

La exprimidor de barajas del desayuno para ser el hotel que es me pareció muy mal desperdiciar naranjas ya que el zumo que hace me pareció fatal , espeso por la pulpa que hace y encima me manche de naranja , por lo demás súper bien

Una pena que no disponga de parking. Aunque tiene concierto con uno que está sl lado , en las horas punta puede estar completo y resulta difícil aparcar.

Un hôtel de catégorie 4 **** sans problème, une chambre spacieuse grande et bien agencée.
Pas de bruit, du coté ou nous étions, coté rivière et jardin publique.
Sincèrement un rapport qualité prix au top
Le supplément pour mon chien, que je trouve toujours trop chère sous prétexte que le nettoyage de la chambre est plus compliqué, comme si les animaux étaient plus sale que certains humains.
Un supplément qui ne justifie même pas d'avoir, une croquette ou une gamelle d'eau.

La habitación y las camas grandes. Muy limpia. Ubicación. Bien reformado, y el trato del personal excelente.
Lo que no nos gustó, fue tener horario específico para niños en la zona de aguas, encima solo por la mañana y los menores de 4 no pueden entrar. Como era el caso de una de mis niñas. Creo que todos pagamos por igual. Entiendo el porque! Pero no me gusta. Además de. O especificar, que la piscina formaba parte de la zona de aguas y hay que pagar también.Y lo segundo es el coste del parking. Coste elevado pero es cierto que va genial tenerlo justo abajo y subir directo a la habitación.

Buena ubicación para pasar el día en Andorra La Vella. Hotel con buena infraestructura, restaurant y SPA. Cerca de las atracciones más importantes de la ciudad y a los paseos por la avenida Merixtell (duty free). Los precios en las tiendas son un poco menos que en España o Francia, y la verdad es que a menos que vengas a gastar mucho no sé si vale la pena.
La verdad todo bien, nos fuimos muy temprano y pedimos desayuno para llevar la noche anterior y estaba listo a las 5:30 AM por lo que el servicio del Hotel impecable, todos muy atentos y en perfecto español.

Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong on one side of the room, but it wasn’t the end of the world because there’s a lot to do during the day.

The room is very nice and the service is exceptional every thing we asked was answered in minutes. The restaurant there is also very recomended and the location of the hotel is the best

We were a party of 10 (5 double rooms) and they put us all next to each other without even having to ask. Rooms were extra comfortable (newly renewed): big, clean and nice. Parking available cheaper than the public one in front of the building. Wi-fi worked nice as well.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location, right in the centre of Andorra La Vella.
Not the best soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the guests in the adjoining room, through the door. But no issues with outside noise.

Comfortable bed and clean room /bathroom. Decent amount of space, and good location next to the river
Parking is expensive. The room was facing the main road which is currently annoying as they are doing roadworks and is noisy.
