Novotel Andorra

Lovely and great utilisation of space. Very clean and met the needs of my family and I. Right in the city… we love it and going back in December.

A great option if you’re visiting Andorra for work or a holiday. The hotel is comfortable, with plenty of parking options nearby, and the buffet and bar are welcoming and available throughout the day. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent and very complete, although it is on the expensive side.

Parking system but you have options outside the hotel .

Location

It was quite sad that being a hotel we couldn’t easily get a coffee before breakfast - which only started from 7.30am! Drinking water was not available either. This is the Novotel! We expected more. One night we were having dinner in the restaurant & I asked for a coffee after the meal from the waiter & he just ‘told’ me order in the bar - why couldn’t he order for me, they got me a beer earlier - very dissapointed with his lazy atitude - he was not busy at all. Also, the gym & pool was not available/open until 9.45am! Not what we wanted - had to run around the park!

The location was perfect, checking in and parking also very good. Staff where very helpful.

Unfortunately we were put in a room where a room next door was have building work done, which we didn’t know until very early in the morning when we where woken by banging and drilling. I do not know why they put use in that room, because it was the only room in the hotel right next to the building work. Also the room we were in is in need of refurbishment.
