Reception -> especially one guy at the reception which helped us find a car rental.
Hotel Location was good.
Breakfast was not worth the money and it was served in floor -1.
Pool is small and not worth the money you pay the hotel.
Price vs value that you get in the hotel it is not worth.

The location is very good, the room quite spacious and the bathroom big enough.
The breakfast was really bad. It seemed that we were served yesterday’s food or leftovers. We really hated the breakfast.

Good location, a little clueless staff- mostly friendly. The hotel itself is cosy, breakfast offers a variety of food- mostly cakes, staff at breakfast was friendly. The pool is ok, quite cold water, there was no Free cancellation when we booked two days before, so when our only request was denied- late check out, we were not able to unbook and find another hotel. That was quite a bummer and the receptionist was severly mad, instead of actually handling the situation calmly. We ended up paying extra for 4 hours more and the second time we spoke during Check out, she seemed to have calmed down. However, all in all it was a nice stay, except the beds are very hard and with only a thin blanket I was cold.

Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and bars. Lovely swimming pool.
No parasols around the pool area so certain times of day you couldn’t get any shade on your sun bed at all.
Breakfast was served in what felt like a conference room, with no windows.

In the room there is ONE stand for luggage, there are two of us, between us we have TWO cases.

One staff member was extremely helpful and welcoming. Good location and facility.
The hotel offers full breakfast which is a bonus but the food was really tasteless. Hard to eat anything. Every day missing body shower and changing towels.

I wasn't used to the hotel wifi system and it took me a while to log on. Not a big problem.

Staff and service was perfect. Clean sheets and towels everyday. Marvelous breakfast and cheaper drinks from the lobby bar than in the centre.
Only one downside is the parking. You gotta be lucky to park in pay-zone in front of the Hotel otherwise you end up parking at least 800 m away.

The property was very clean and poolside was always
clean too! the lobby area is lovely and modern and the pool
side is a nice area to relax. It wasn’t too busy so was nice
and calm. the staff are very helpful and friendly when it
came to booking transfers and recommending places
to go. Breakfast has a variety of options too
The beds are very uncomfortable! Stayed in a twin room
and didn’t get a good nights rest throughout the week as
they are very hard and the sheet they give you is very thin.
The pool does shut from 13:00-15:00 everyday which is a
shame as this is the hottest point in the day. After that,
there is a lot of shade in the pool area as the sun sets on
the other side. Would be great is they could keep the pool
open longer.
