The personal was very friendly. The room was clean and big enough for two people. I also liked the breakfast. They have 24h reception desk, very conveniente if you arrive late in the night. The taxi from the airport was 12 euros

The hotel is actually very good, the place is just neat the metro and tram stations. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is OK.

The housekeeper left the window open, and the window does not have a fly net. We did not realize they left open the window since it is covered with the curtain. When we returned the room and went to bed, we were beaten by mosquitoes. We spend all night chasing and killing the mosquitoes. So we could not sleep well. I did complain about those to the staff in the morning. That's why I rate 6

The location is great when arriving in Sofia by train. Easy access to the city centre and restaurants and cinema's there. Room is quiet and comfortable. Have visited several times and have no complaints.

Everything was ok.

Water leaking out from the shower cubicle, the bathroom floor was soaked after each use. Breakfast was adequate but not as good as the normal standard of the other Best Western hotels.

I had to leave early for a train at 7 before breakfast started. I wad given a packed breakfast - sandwich and apple and there was a free coffee machine. It would have been good to have been able to select or request a more substantial breakfast, the coffee machine only had nescafe sachets which were unacceptable.

The extra bed wasn’t comfortable . Shower cabin was leaking .
