The hotel is located very close to the train station (about 5-7 minuted wak), which makes the access to the old city quite easy with the S-Bahn. The room was spacious and clean, and the reception staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Overall, we had an excellent stay.

Clean and easy
The AC in the yard is noisy and a shame for this hotel.
It’s so good but the nights are a challenge when you like to sleep with an open window.

Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, staff is kind.
Cold temperature in the Sauna area. The restaurant was closed in the evening, always, only in the bar you could get a few warmed up hot meals. On our last evening at 6 pm we asked the receptionist directly if the restaurant was open. He replied that it was open until 10 pm. We went down around 8:30 and they only served low quality food from the bar. In a suite, you would expect the used tea and coffee to be refilled daily. This did not happen either. One morning, the sound of a hammering hammer was heard in our room.
