Hotel Klein Frankfurt East

A nice place for the short stay. The staff was friendly and supportive. Parking is available from the back of the building. The room was clean and nice.

Clean room and environment.

It's summer. So I was expecting the room room be cozy. I mean with fan or air-conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from relatives so it was nice to have access to the transportation and her house as well. The room was clean and just what we needed. We seemed to have an issue with breakfast not being included, although we stayed 4 nights earlier in the month and it was. Both bookings were made at the same time so we don’t know what happened there, but the person on desk authorized us to have breakfast for these 2 remaining days we were staying. It is a lovely breakfast, really nice not to have to leave the property to eat in the morning.

The hotel seems to be quite old and could really use a facelift. I’ll leave it at that. The drain in our shower was holding standing water which smelled bad as soon as we turned on the water. While showering the base would fill up very quickly as it wouldn’t drain quite fast enough.

The people were really attentive.

The toilet had a funky smell.
