Ótimo café da manhã por um preço até razoável, quarto bem confortável, silencioso. Atendimento da recepção de ótima qualidade e a é região bem tranquila.
Café da manhã não estava incluso, pedimos cobertores extras que foram cobrados e não avisaram previamente da cobrança, não tem estacionamento incluso e nem próximo.

Staff are friendly and reception in particular. Rooms with balcony on floor 8 are spacious, modern and great ambience. Breakfast offered choice.
ThIs is refurbished hotel on the inside and done well. When you arrive late at night you wonder what you have booked. Lifts suit age it was built. Cramped feeling downstairs but breakfast area doubles as a restaurant and there is a bar and again the refurb works.

The room and balcony were the only good things about our stay.
The staff. Completely rude and not helpful. Even tried to charge us twice , second time on a different money taking device I think this was linked to the staffs private bank! Would not recommend to anyone! Was even told to come down stairs and look at “nothing” when we tried to order room service as there was nothing they could give us.

The staff were nice. The lady at the concierge desk always greeted me when I returned.
The bed was comfortable.
Wish the walls were soundproof as I was able to hear everything people in the other rooms were doing. Made it hard to sleep because I could just hear constant noise.
Bathroom smelt like mouldy water.

Very friendly staff. Great location, only 2 min from Chabad synagogue and close to the Lilla shopping mall. The Turistic hop-on hop-off bus stops on Av. Diagonal which runs next to the mall

The room is enough for couple and for one persons .
Location is not far from train station and metro as well just walk 15 minutes
We have no breakfast there,
Barcelona is expensive to stay and my room for one person has no safetybox .

I didn’t understand the car parking directions and parked for 2 dates under the shopping center, this cost me 130€. My fault.

A very comfortable bed in perfectly sized "sinhle person room.
1. They apply an old model that is unacceptavbel today: a slow internet for free, and an premium internet to be paid for. that is not acceptable in 2022. Perhaps iat the beginning of the 20th century a hotel could charge for hot water. This is similar.
2. They charge 3'5 € for a simple botter of water. And this in a city where YOU CANNOT DRINK TAP WATER, as every traveller to Bacelona knows (water is technically drinkable, but bad in taste). It is unacceptable.

nothing that I like about the hotel, it was under renovation. lots of noise and dust around.

Room (single) was clean and equipped but very small. Had a nice balcony.
Breakfast was very good but staff could have been more attentive (eg I asked for a cooked egg and this was denied)
