Location and the bathroom with shattaf.

The entrance of the hotel was not clear between the coffee shops

Right in the middle of everything close to the Metro near restaurants, bars, etc.

The shower had a bit of mold, however the room was nice, bar/restaurant downstairs. Excellent breakfast is available.

Everything! I’ve been here twice already and it has become my go to Hotel in Madrid! Love love love

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff at reception were excellent. They were attentive, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The location is also a strong point, very convenient for getting around Madrid.

The first room we were given had a fully transparent bathroom door, which offered no privacy and was not comfortable at all. After requesting a change, we were moved to a much smaller room that felt very cramped. The bathroom in the second room was better, but the door did not have a lock. Cleanliness was an issue, as both rooms were noticeably dusty. We also experienced problems with the air conditioning, as it fluctuated constantly and did not cool properly. Although staff came to check it, the issue was not handled efficiently, and the technician was rude. Breakfast was underwhelming, with limited variety.
