Staff were very friendly - Apartment was large and well equipped - Location very central & vibrant. Rooftop bar was a bonus great service and fabulous sunsets!
Better layout of furniture on the rooftop could make better use of the space - it was such a great place to be

Comfortable and clean, as per photos
The root top bar and the pool are over rated, the glass walls in the pool are actually not clean, so you cannot enjoy the view while inside the pool.
Only a negative if you care about the pool really.

Loved the location. Close to most attractions. The apartment was quite spacious. It was great having a balcony & washing machine as we were on a long trip & needed to wash & use balcony to dry. It was also lovely sitting on the balcony on a September balmy night. We didn’t cook & there is a great cafe “Honest Greens” next door.
There was the occasional funky smell in the bathroom. Shower pressure was low. Could have been cleaner & better maintained. Only 1 lift was working to ground floor & it was slow. Front door really needed to be slammed to lock! Inside lock didn’t work. We were there 5 days and they only clean in departure!

Great location and beautiful apartments
Impossible to use the swimming pool because of the number of people on the roof top. It was packed and people were in the pool for hours not allowing others to use it. Booking a slot for the swimming pool would have been a better idea then just free access to the whole building.
