Terrific front desk staff. Pleasantly arranged taxi pickups in front of the hotel which was in a terrific location. Nice rooftop outdoor terrace to have a drink before dinner. I did not have breakfast, but it looked average. The room was bigger than average European hotel.

My best friend and I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! We had an amazing time, and after 8 nights, I can honestly say that we loved every moment of it. The rooms were spacious and, most importantly, super clean. A special thank you to one of the cleaning ladies, Juana, who truly went above and beyond. She was so kind and helpful, and we even asked her questions about tourist spots and things to do in Madrid. She was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us some great recommendations! After 8 nights, I can confidently say that I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid, and I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for being part of our trip and for helping us create such beautiful new memories.

Everything! The hotel was clean and rooms were a great size and comfortable. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the city. Staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel.
