Disappointing expensive hotel in a good location.

Good location, easy to find hotel, near the metro and main shopping areas. Check in was OK. Breakfast was OK with some variety - helpful staff at breakfast.

The room was tiny for a premium rate and needs some updates and improvements in comfort (noise from neighbors, cleaning only done partially, 3 coat hangers in the small wardrobe, dirty and scuffed walls, parasol on the terrace was broken, door that would only slam shut). We stayed in a terrace room in an "annex" on the top floor. Access was via a service area and a slow service lift in a building conjoined with the hotel. Bad smells in the lift, service area and room. The terrace was 3 times larger than the room, but the room was dark and not very pleasant to relax in.

Great place for families, comfy bed, easy to explore the city,, and

Location so as awesome for exploring the city (easy to jump on the metro at Gran Via station). Having 4 beds and the fact that 1 larger bed was on its own in a separate room was great for our family of 4. In 1 room there was a twin and a bunk bed with a bit of safety on the top bunk (not enough that I’d put a kid under 8 up there). The room was clean. The soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were in larger bottles that stay at the hotel but they were nice. The breakfast was a buffet with an excellent assortment of fruit, vegetable, Tortilla de potata, yogurt, chia pudding, pastries, fresh juice, coffee, and tea. The cleaning staff and front desk were so helpful. We had an issue with our credit card and needed to call and they let us call from the phone at the front desk.

My partner felt like the room and bathroom needed updating but I thought they were fine. Wish it had been a bit cheaper.

Fair stay only 5 steps off Gran Via

It's a great, modest hotel for someone who's spending only a few days in Madrid and wants to be able to walk to popular spots like Gran Via and Sol. We stayed in a 3 person room and the room and bathroom were spacious. I think the price is worth for what you get and the premium location only a few steps off the Gran Via.

We only had a small issue with our shower, it was leaking quite a lot but after the first night it got fixed. I think it's a very fair stay and the price matches what you will receive re: experience.

My friends and I had a great stay. Got to do a lot in Madrid-took several tours and walked a lot.

By far, the best thing about our stay was Pablo!! He was genuinely friendly, patient when we had trouble with directions, and gave a great recommendation on a local restaurant (Puerto Rico). Everything he promised--and more. One of our best meals.

Seemed to be an odor? Sometimes worse than others.

Great hotel for family

Clean and spacious room. The reception staff are consistently helpful and polite. Great breakfast. Good location to shopping, restaurants, some famous landmarks and metro. Electric kettle is available upon request.

Very good

The location is perfect, right in the city centre, with many interesting places reachable by foot. The room and bathroom were clean. The food at the buffet breakfast was nice and of good quality.

The room door isn't well sound-proofed, so we hear every word and step of people in the hallway. It was quite tricky to reach the upper bunkbed (the ladder was right in front of the small safety-gate of the bed).

The best place in Madrid

The position is excellent everything is very close to the hotel and you are walking distance to restaurants and shops. The breakfast was spectacular.

If we were to improve 1 thing, perhaps have an expresso machine for Cappuccino's, the breakfast has the standard "hotel" press button machines. But this is really a little thing.

I would come back again

The hotle is right next to PRIMARK and exactly at the middle of the Gran via- which is very good. The staff are very kind and helped us with every thing we needed. The room was big and good.

There are noise from the street which you can hear from the room. I didn't mind but my husband did woke up from it. The bed wasn't good for me but my husband did love.

Perfect location, great value for money!

Great location for shopping, walking distance to everywhere. Super friendly staff, clean , great shower and the only hotel we could find a room for 6 for our family!! Will certainly return!

Excellent location and great hotel.

location was perfect. room was decent size.

There was not enough towels and somehow it was an issue for staff. However it wasn’t a big deal.
