Eines der besten Hotels, in dem wir je waren. Lage, Ausstattung, Service Niveau - man kann es nicht besser machen.

….no me convencio el asesoramiento de conserjería para visitar sitios nocturnos y restaurantes de moda…. Conozco Madrid bien y los sitios que indicaban no eran una referencia en Madrid según mi opinión.

Everything was awesome, but staff is the star of this hotel!!

Location is central.

Ww were checking in at 11 pm on the first day. The hotel rejected to give me a 1 hour late check out time until 1 pm until I requested to talk to the duty manager. The duty manager Blanca called back and agreed to give the 1 hour extension but her tone was so unfriendly and fierce. She even challenged me that as I said I knew how a hotel operated, she kept stressing 3-4 times that it’s only an exception like this was a very big compromise or a great offer made by the hotel and she even hanged up before I finished talking. Blanca was very rude and impolite to hotel guest. On the day I left, I called twice to ask a hotel staff to help us to take the luggage down and both occasions they replied someone would be sent right away but we waited 20 minutes and saw nobody came. at the end, we took the luggages down ourselves. When we got down, the lobby and concierge was not busy at all. Bathing towel is not clean. I opened one and saw hair and some dust when I unfolded it. I then used the towel I brought myself. The bedroom phone is dusty. Obviously, the phone has not been cleaned or wiped. The money I paid for a Four Seasons hotel room does not correspond to the level of their services.

We did not eat breakfast at hotel. Dinner was good

I like the spa and breakfast and Raul make my stay wonderful with arranging restaurants reservations for me

When i want to extend my stay one day, the girl called Krisitina in the reception she gave me higher price than booking and i agree but when i ask for late check out she said i have to pay extra 50%, however, I spoke to Raul and he gave me late check out for free!!!

The spa is definitely one of the best ones. Must visit. Overall this is everything I expect from a 5-star hotel. Service, food, views.

Outstanding rooms and amazing service, having been to many Four Seasons in the past, this one is one of the best I have ever seen. And service as well as quality of rooms are hard to match.
