Easy to access, comfortable room, quiet location.

Good location, cafes & bars nearby, near the Queens Hall venue, clean.
No breakfast included so not great value, front door locked at night and our key wouldn’t work properly but luckily someone came along fairly quickly to let us in, room was ok but shabby, photos online give the impression of a boutique guest house that appears to have a functioning dining room but it doesn’t.

Location was great 👍
The room would benefit from a deep clean and redecorating. My bed was ok for me, but my mum found hers uncomfortable.

It was a lovely room that was spacious and clean a reasonable walking distance from the university, the downtown tourist area, and Holyrood Park.
The shower stopped working for two days due to low water pressure. Staff claimed it was a city problem and did not offer any type of solution. I paid for a place to sleep and shower and only got one of those.
