Lovely location.

Flexible staff at front and comfortabel stay at a nice hotel, speciaally sandu at guest service is wonderfull and great

Nothing else to complain, beautifull place in Sri Lanka view to beach, delecious foods and friendly service, Will visite again

The staff was very kind, gracious and helpful.

The property was much bigger and better than I had envisaged and the customer service we received was exceptional.

The fact that there was a big event going on which occupied most of the beach area and so we could not use it.

Room was good, with view over pool area and beach. It was also a shaded balcony. Only stayed one night in preparation for flying out. Location for the airport excellent. Staff were attentive, but occasionally overly so.

Saturday breakfast buffet could have been better. Limited Sri Lankan options which was disappointing. The hotel is in need of a little more investment as it is showing its age and also the fact that there have been three challenging years for the hospitality sector. I am sure this will be rectified as the tourists return in number for what is a fantastic location and a Paradise Island.

No hot water

Direct access to the golden sand beach. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Good transportation available from the hotel to go around the places

When I’m in Sri Lanka I always stay in the Goldi Sands hotel. It’s a very nice hotel, not to big and in a good area. All the people are very friendly, nice rooms, good food. It’s near the beach and close to Negombo city.

We got an upgrade to the new wing which was super kind from their end. It was clean, comfortable and the room had all needed facilities.

There were two swimming pools and it was good to have two when there are more crowd. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Chef specially did egg Benedict when we requested and it was very good. They did room upgrade and we were celebrating husband's birthday.

The hotel was located along a perfect stretch of the ocean front with wide beaches that were kept perfectly clean and inviting. It was also a lovely trek to the fishing wadiya and was a peaceful walk. The hotel had two lovely swimming pools and the restaurant and seating were all open to the Beach with spectacular views of the Ocean and Sun sets.

Can’t thing of anything. It was a wonderful stay.

Pool was very nice and Pool people very friendly, good airco in the room, nice bed, room enough space

Quite a lot of black birds around Pool, a lot of moistyness in the hotel room, room not very clean, modest breakfast.

Breakfast is very nice & staffs are friendly and helpful

There are better hotels in Negombo

Given substandard rooms initially (and not what we had paid for). Better rooms were being cleaned and finally given keys at 6.15pm . Not acceptable! Not enough staff to cope with the amount of guests, some staff were rude and unhelpful. Not a good experience for our last day in Sri Lanka

very close to restaurants. staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast offered was continental.

The floor was extremely oily and slippery. We stayed for two nights and we couldn’t work out why the floor was oily and slippery.

location was really nice as well as the swimming pool. we stayed here for one night to relax after the long flight. It was so nice that we booked our last day of the holiday here as well.
