Great location close to the beach, clean and spacious apartment, very friendly staff.

Location and the beds. Laundry machine in house. Just get your own detergent and dish soap in local grocery store since the apartment may not have enough for a long stay (more than a week).

The main bath was a bit clogged.

The apartment was decently furnished, clean and the girl that admitted us was friendly. The neighborhood had lots of nice restaurants.

The check-in was after 15h, and checking in earlier will cost you 20€. They advertised for Rambla vicinity, turns out it was not La Rambla but the Rambla in the neighborhood called Pobleno, quite far from the city center. They didn’t mention anything about parking charge of €43 for two days and the girl even tried to sell us her montly card for €58 for three days! The beds were iron beds- quite uncomfortable. Only after booking did they mention the deposit of 250€ that they will withhold on the credit card, which made us quite upset, upon arrival they decided to withhold only 75€ because we were a couple with old parents. After booking we recieved a dozen of messages and emails about the check-in process and terms and conditions and when I didn’t reply ( didn’t want to read emails during my holiday) they started bombarding me with messages on WhatsApp. Before check-out, they messaged saying the should leave the apartment in a clean state. Definitely would not recommend, the owners just seem like a bunch of kids looking for some easy money and no work.

The apartment was in a great spot and was very clean and comfortable.

We wished there had been some amenities to include coffee, tea, and a small thing of laundry detergent.

Nice apartment great location in Rambla street everything is close to you. The was amazing.

Before you go the apartment you must go there office to take the key for the apartment it not that far maybe 15 minutes walking.

Really clean, and spacious. we had three good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which comfortably fit my family of 5

air conditioning in bedrooms was poor, power tripped and sockets were loose on wall in more than one place and kitchen was not as well equipped as should be there were 4 of us and only 3 proper. mugs and the apartment is for 6

Lots of room in the apt. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. We were happy to have the AC in the livingroom and ceiling fans in each bedroom as it was very hot during our stay. Metro is just a few blocks away. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. Great location! Great stay!

The sewage smell from the city will come up through the pipes unless you keep the plugs in the sinks. Once we did that, all was good 👍

Communication was excellent throughout, using What’s App. Travel from airport was easily organised. The apartment was just the right size for our party of 5 and had all the facilities we needed. When I had a problem with the safe, the rep was extremely responsive and helpful.

Location great, close to restaurants and metros - walk to beach, bakery and coffee shop opposite for breakfast. Team was fabulous- great service and communication

Location is good. Close to the beach, but still quite expensive for what you get.

The 1 old aircon in the living room is not sufficient to cool the living room not to even to think it may maybe have a pleasant effect on the rest of the 3 bedroom apartment or any of the bedrooms. SOUND MONITORS are installed inside the apartment monitoring levels of all sound inside... this is very dodgy! You need to be quiet from 10pm (in Barcelona!). We were 2 people inside the apartment and our normal level of talking at check in aparently registered as too high. After check out after a 2 week stay Barcelonastuff let me know they are keeping basically half of my deposit because of towels being so dirty they needed to be replaced - which is a lie! They were "normal" dirty and they did not even attempt to wash the towels. After reversing only part of the deposit they immediately removed me from the whatsapp group without a chance of any further communication regarding this. After contacting Booking.com the Barcelonastuff team made further false claims regarding something in the bathroom that was aparently broken. Luckily Booking.com handled the situation after I had to make an issue, but beware before you book!

Well equipped and clean apartment. 10 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro Station (Poblenou). Good range of shops and restaurants very near the appartment.

Water pressure is a little on the low size (but that is me being fussy!).
