We had a wonderful stay at Asteria Collection Side. The entire experience was very enjoyable, with friendly and professional staff throughout the resort. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and pools. The pools were very clean, although a little cold.
The food was definitely one of the highlights — an amazing variety of high-quality options, with something for everyone. The spa was also excellent, with very good massage therapists and wonderful service.
A special mention to Mustafa from the entertainment team. He was incredibly friendly, fun, and professional. He even remembered our names, which made us feel very welcome.
And of course, the real stars of the resort were the cats! They seemed completely at home and were clearly living their best life. 🐈❤️
The only downside was the wellness centre/gym, which was quite small and a little outdated. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

the food was always well presented and lots of choice. Entertainment was good.
the wait to be served at the bars was too long the garden view room was not a good view.

The location is ok but the road to the sea is through the scorching sun. The choice in the restaurant is large, but I would like more fish dishes and a larger selection of fruits. The beach is nice.
We initially booked a room with a balcony, but as a result we got a room without a balcony. They refused to change our room because they allegedly didn't have any other rooms available. The safe in our room didn't work, I asked the reception five times for two days in a row to send someone to check and fix it, but they never sent anyone. And on the first day we arrived and decided to go to bed early after a hard trip, they called from the reception at half past ten in the evening to urgently come to the reception because they forgot to scan our passports. When I asked if it could wait until the morning, they categorically said that no.
