The property itself is beautiful- the staff members of the hotel and the restaurant are really friendly and were great with our dog. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is clean and the room was clean. There’s a lot of mosquitoes which is completely understandable however can be fixed with checking the mosquito candle often as ours was not replaced.
Service at breakfast especially can be improved you get ignored a lot and it happened daily. No one offered coffee or water when you sit down, they eventually do but it takes a long time to get noticed. Saying that the staff are lovely and very helpful. I did not like that there was no iron in the room and you had to ask reception to get it..plus they request it back because there is not enough it’s not a big deal but it’s the little things that matter.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Lovely pool area, very relaxing.
Pity the walk to the beach was on a busy road with no pavements. We would have liked to be able to walk to a bar or restaurant in the evening as an alternative. The Mana restaurant on site was excellent!

The swimming pool area is very nice, room was clean and breakfast was good.
The room had no window and it was too close to the patio where all meals were served, no privacy whatsover. Also, too expensive for what it offer and for the area.
Small detail, they have given us a granita on arrival but it was nothing like the real Sicilia granita and for how much they charge I would at least expect they could source a real one.
