The Palace Hotel was elegant and luxurious, and the location is fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near Tokyo Station but feels completely private and secluded from the hustle and bustle. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Imperial Palace, surrounding park, and skyline. We ordered room service to be able to enjoy the view, and the food was also excellent. My son used the gym and found it well-equipped. I wish we could have stayed longer but had to get back to work.
I liked everything

The staff is extraordinarily excellent. Everyone we spoke with could not have been more professional, kind and caring. Premium location, view and room.
We did not have any negative experience, all great.
