A lovely friendly welcome. Comfortable beds and nice room. Very central - a good action close to the station
We had to turn the bathroom light on from the main switch by the door one entered into the bedroom. Small thing.

A good value hotel in a great location. We had room only so can't comment on the hotel breakfast.
The staff were very helpful, especially with the parking arrangement.

A very good hotel. Conveniently situated for train station cathedrals, castle and shopping centre.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bedroom and bathroom were both clean and modern.
I can't fault it at all. I think it should be 4 star rating!

Staff were exceptional and hotel is in a fantastic location. Four cushty plump pillows and a nice snuggly bed. Room locks from the inside and you feel safe. Room was quiet and didn't hear much from the road.
Bit of a well ridden old pony. Needs double checking when cleaning, I had to clean someone else's blood off the wall. Bathroom needs a total refit.
