Beautiful and quiet location. Onsen was great but the walk from the room is rather long and confusing as it takes you down, up and down again. I actually got confused trying to get back to the room.
A little out of the way and not many shops/stores nearby. But that has nothing to do with the facility or service at all. Hotel dining options were a bit pricey so we opted to get food at the nearby supermarket.

The hotel is set in absolutely beautiful grounds and the Ningle Terrace is right next to the car park. Had a nice room with a lovely view and the room was serviced daily. It was also incredibly good value for money.
I guess that it’s a bit far from town, but I knew that when I booked it. It is also a really enormous building so if you prefer small boutique hotels this wouldn’t be for you

Room is look a bit old but clean and comfort with good view. Breakfast is good. Restaurant for dinner is good with window seat while enjoying with the meal.
Hotel should considering to do the room renovation since it looks a bit old with old function. Amenities should have shower cap. The light from the light bulb should be a bit more bright.

Location is excellent
Old building
They gave me an smoking room that stinks horrible. I don't smoke and nobody asked me, on top of that I was with my 8 year old kid that have to breathe that horrible and polluted ambient.
