The all inclusive package was amazing - lot of drinks and food options. There is a shuttle bus provided free of charge directly to the beach and a driver is very kind.
We didn’t find clothes hangers in the room. For people that would prefer peaceful adults only holiday, I do not recommend this hotel as it is famous for activities for kids and families and can be quite noisy.

Food was amazing. Little more variety for vegetarians would have been nice.
Room was not that clean. sometimes there was a smell of gutters. Also they need to provide a blankets in the room. there was only small thin bedsheets which was not helping when you have AC on and when its get colder in the middle of the night.

Great food, great pool facilities, amazing animation team, while complex was very clean
Had kettles in room but no cups or anything to use, lack of water and had to ask for towels and soap

The snack bar was great. Mini doughnuts are 10/10. Loved the snack bar
Rooms are mid. Outdated and uncomfortable.
