Paradise Resort Phi Phi

The location was brilliant. A few steps to the beach with beautiful scenery, restuarant was good, massages were amazing.

Air con didn’t work night 1, reported this and they moved us room for the second night which was fine. No problem. However, for the money you pay, a resolution wasn’t offered to compensate for no sleep in the heat on the first night and then requested payment for a slice of cheese during breakfast! This was very frustrating, I explained it’s not a problem asking for payment for a slice of cheese but when I paid good money for the room and didn’t get the service, I do expect something back in return. They resolved it and refunded half of the first night costs.

The beach which was a 1 min walk from my room was beautiful, the rooms were decent- I was happy the tv had Netflix. The food from the hotel cafe/restaurant was decent. The staff were really friendly.

The location especially on the first day was a headache- the boat wouldn’t take us all the way to our beach so we had to walk through a bit of the jungle with our suitcase which doesn’t sound terrible but after a day of travelling it was really tiring. The rooms, especially the bathrooms could do with a bit of a refresh.

Tornato dopo un anno innanzitutto per la posizione strategica del resort, fantastica veduta e ottima vicinanza a spiaggia di Loo Moo Dee Beach forse la più bella delle Phi Phi posizionata a pochi minuti sul versante opposto ad est, le stanze frontemare sono consigliate e per cenare oltre al locale ristorazione della struttura c'è anche comodo ristorante a poche decine di metri.

Consiglierei una maggior varietà nei cibi offerti a colazione
