I only stay here now when I'm in Hong Kong. It's like a serviced apartment and bigger than most friend's apartments that live in HK. Stay here.

It's in the center of the center of Central. The location is superb. The only issue is there is a massive amount of construction going on. Ask for the highest floor you can get.

overall the location was very convenient and pretty good front office staff. the apartment itself is big and spacious.

the reservation team is the worst team I have ever spoken. I had an issue due to personal emergency & wanted to see either cancel or change dates. understand it was non refundable so thought maybe I can change dates. if I did I would have been paying more. but the staff were very unprofessional and so is their supervisor who didn’t even try to help me. worst customer service and very unprofessional. will never return to this property and make sure it will be echoed around HK

Madera Hollywood is like a second home for me in HK, everything is so convenient and staffs are very friendly.

it was great! I booked for my parents to stay for a week, I chose this place so they have some living room space and kitchenette. they free upgraded our room to a suite room and the space was huge for a HK hotel! WhatsApp messaging very responsive and the stay was awesome. totally recommend! thanks a lot :)

Location is perfect for business. Easy access to restaurants. Simple to get a taxi or to take the mid level escalators up and down to central. Washer/dryer is a welcome luxury - we had severe rain in Singapore resulting in all of our luggage being soaked. We were able to use the dryer to dry our clothes for the convention. Staff very helpful. I needed medical assistance and they helped me locate doctor and xray location.

Honestly - everything is wonderful. Zero complaints or suggestions for improvement.

Fantastic room (suite really) which was huge by HK standards, in the perfect location. Right in the heart of SoHo and one minute from the escalator
