The service is bad. The service in pool area is awful. The pool and jacuzzi need serious cleaning and repairs

Buen y moderno hotel en buena ubicacion. El restaurant NAU (Sushi) es excelente con muy buena calidad y servicio

Es extremadamente caro para lo que oferece. Cafetera no funciono. Cabezal de ducha desgastado, echa agua por todos lados menos hacia abajo. Lavamano y bañera solo tiene agua tibia no caliente. Desayuno regular, jugo de naranja vencido, tocineta horrible etc.

the water was luk warm told front dest no resolution after day of walking I needed hot shower and for the price of stay I should have had hot waters on the other hand the wait staff at the pool was excellent they keep the drinks coming

the water was my major disappointment

very clean, staff was great

property was fine, but the fact that i was coming to this hotel for years and i needed to add another day to my five day stay because i miscalculated my return date, i didn’t like the fact that they charge me $430 instead of leaving the rate the same, i will always put great customer service for a returning customer first, for that i will never return again.
