Spacious apartment well equipped. Nicely located- 15-25 minute walking distance to places you can eat. Very nice and cozy swimming pool area.

Everything was just great. Staff that welcomed us was so nice and polite. The apartment was amazing that we even prolonged our stay. Tulum in our hearts and Coco Village

honestly the location was a little sketchy , the place is ok. i think they can work on the cleaning a bit more, we had no hot water.

The appartment was nice, spacious.

The pool did not look too clean, so we did not swim there.

Spacious room, very comfortable and well equipped (smart TV, laundry, terrace and direct access to the terrace and swimming pool). A convenience store and Tulum Jungle Gym is at 5 min on foot. Jordan, was very helpful and friendly and was available to address our needs

Doors in the living room which give access to the garden were insecure and couldn't be locked. Shower pressure was very poor

Great modern and huge apartment with a nice pool.

Fridge was dirty but got directly cleaned after request. Very appreciate the quick response. The apartments are at the end of Tulum, so I recommend to rent a bike. To the beach it is around 20-25mins with the bike.

We liked everything about this two bedroom appartement . Both check-in and out were super easy . The location is quite central, very close to main restaurants and bars . It’s a very trendy and comfortable flat with all in it . Nice pool area too !

We loved it all . I might suggest some black out curtains for the bedrooms .

loved the spaciousness and how remote it felt. even though we were just 2 blocks from main rooms it felt very cozy and quiet. incredible views from the balcony. perfect for groups or family. water delivery was much appreciated and Orlando was a wonderful security guard.

the kitchen did not have a full set of anything like short of dishes and glassware. no kitchen towels we ended up using our bathroom hand towels and did laundry for fresh towels. wifi was spotty about 10% of the time. AC remote needed a AAA battery. didn’t seem to have any customer service onsite so when there are problems, best way to connect is what’sapp we didn’t have any daily service at all.

So spacious and comfortable with big closet and two bathrooms. no curtains so we wake up 06:00 every morning because of lights. the kitchen misses a lot of utensils. reallinjen nice poolarea and stuff was Sweet. we liked it.
