I only liked the terrace and the view

the reception staff didn t speak English and they couldn t guide me or answer to any of my questions, very unprofessional staff. The room was dirty, full of hair we called the reception and a woman came and took a piece of toilet paper and cleaned the hair, not all of the hair, they didn t even wash the floor just wiping with a dry tissue, floors were very dirty and the bathroom

The staff were the best part of this stay...the cleaning staff were especially helpful and very friendly, but me having mid level Khmer speaking abilities made communication possible. The front desk were also very attentive to any needs. The breakfast was very basic although the egg station was a surprise.

Central position close to the bus station. Room was good. Shower excellent. Good size comfortable bed.

ALL WAS SATISFACTORY UNTIL CHECKOUT. BEWARE!!! THE TOWELS ARE INSPECTED AND IF THEY ARE ANYTHING OTHER THAN PRISTINE CLEAN THERE IS A CHARGE OF $7 PER LARGE TOWEL. GIVEN THE DRY DUSTY CLIMATE CONDITIONS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE WHITE TOWELS PURE WHITE We have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, we always treat the room and contents as we do our own home and we have never encountered such an insulting ridiculous policy as employed by this hotel.
