One of the best hotels I've stayed in in the world. I came with my wife on our honeymoon. Zara Cave is centrally located (you can walk anywhere in the main town and easily get a taxi for longer distances), amazing rooms and amenities (heated floors, reliable wifi, hot showers), and friendly and warm staff who helped us book all of our activities (hot air balloon, tours, Turkish night, etc.).

My experience with the hotel started with my very own mistake. Initially I planned my trip for May and booked everything for the dates which were then canceled due to the lockdown in Turkey. My mistake was obvious and stupid - I accidentally booked a non-refundable room when playing with the prices on the hotel's page in Booking.com. Emre (hotel's manager) was very helpful and kind and calmed me down - whenever we decide to come after the lockdown is over they won't charge us a penny for that. Therefore, the Customer Care receives 10 out of 10 from me. The personnel is great: from maids to manager - everyone is very warm and smiley but at the same time not over persistent (in comparison to many other places in Turkey). Emre and Murat, if you guys are reading this - I tip my hat to you, folks. Hotel's Location. Don't know what to tell - it's exactly 1 minute walk away from the major (and the only) street with all the restaurants and shops. Also it has great views from its terraces in terms of observing balloons. 10 out of 10. Inventory/Rooms. My family loved the cave and everything about it. Top to bottom. Furniture to the daily room cleaning. But there is one small nuance that I should have noticed from the very beginning - signs "please, be quite and respect the other guests" being put everywhere. The thing is that the acoustics makes it very much the opera theatre :) So whenever the other people were chatting in the yard, just having regular-volume conversations - it really sounded louder inside my room than outside! Such a cool effect, that I've never seen before indeed. It's 9 out of 10 from me. I don't know what else to say. If you are seeking for great experience - you should definitely consider Zara Cave Hotel.

Like I said, the soundproofing could have been better probably. But it also could be very objective attribute of the cave of course. Anyway, nothing major.

Such a stunning place. Loved watching the balloons in the morning. The room was so lovely and warm. Breakfast was lovely. They organized our tours for us and they were all great. We loved being in centre of town. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect Breakfast could have more variety but they really need to have a fully fledged restaurant for lunch & dinner purposes. Music provided or on request. some scatter cushions on terrace needs replacing.

Very authentic cave but with comfortable finishes. Staff gave high level of service. Location was perfectly central and the balloons were in the sky above, just like the pictures. the breakfast was vast and delicious.

Everything. It was a stunning property with a great location. Large clean room and bathroom, staff were exceptional, very lavish breakfast and plenty of terrace spots to relax and see the views including the hot air balloons.

beautiful location, amazing staff going the extra mile. helped us with booking tours and a driver tailored to exactly where we wanted to go, no pressure on our itinerary. always served tea, water or coffee. best service we had in a while!

This hotel is a gem, not only the amazing and beautiful facilities but the employees are extremely kind and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. My special thank you to the breakfast room lady and her team, they took so good care of us, so warm and caring, I was truly touched.

Our favourite accommodation in Turkey! Beautiful cave room that smelled amazing all the time. Clean, spacious living area and bathroom. Great view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. Delectable breakfast spread and all-day free flow of coffee and hot chocolate at their dining space - that's also where you can find the friendliest staff in the hotel. The general manager was helpful pre-travel, and through him, we arranged a couple of activities including getting a reliable photographer for a photoshoot at their premises. The hotel does not have a restaurant, which I would have loved for convenience with a view, but that's also a plus point as you do not get visitors streaming in and out.

The check-in staff was having a runny nose and sniffling away while checking us in. I had hygiene concerns as he was not wearing a mask despite being sick, and was handling our passport while dealing with the leaky nose. Also, this has nothing to do with the hotel, but I would have preferred to be given the contact details of the hot air balloon service provider once it was confirmed to shorten any response waiting time.

Central location near the bus station. Excellent Hospitality and very prompt arrangements by the reception staff. They have tie-ups with the best travel groups for arranging a range of activities.

The staffs are very nice and helpful, very good breakfast in the morning, a variety of good food. Also a very good location for seeing sunrise and hot air balloon in the morning, with different props prepared.
