Beautiful hotel with great services and rooms

The palace is extremely beautiful, the location is 10 min from the centre and in front of the beach so excellent. Also the hotel provide complimentary sunbeds and umbrella by the beach which it is a big plus. The room was great same as the cleaning ladies.

Breakfast was nice but I was expecting a bit more variety of fruit, vegetables and cooked food. The staff didn't explain we could order a la carte churros, pancakes,eggs benedict and waffles. It's only written in a small menu on top of a shelf . I only found out by looking at another table having different food. However what disappointed me the most it was the fact that I was added on my bill 4 bottles of water and a package of pringles which I never had. Also on my last day staff was about to double charge for a glass of cava which I already paid the day before. I explained both of the times the mistake and they deatl with it in a nice way. As a 5 stars hotel I would expect a bit better system to avoid the confusion as it can be a bit embarrassing for them and for guests.

Beautiful hotel, excellently maintained in a great location opposite the beach and walking distance from the town. Fabulous food and service in the evening restaurant. Housekeeping really looked after us.

Poor service around the pool. Insufficient staff to serve drinks and snacks. Breakfast was cold and eggs not cooked to order. Some fruit was rotten.
