A small cozy hotel, quite good if you are comfortable with location. The Expo garden is good for morning jogging with nice restaurant for evening dinners.
The breakfasts are not good enough, some products you may find not enough fresh.

It was close to the didube bus station, it was comfortable and the bathroom was big.
It wasn’t really clean and the location is far away from the centre.

Beds are very comfy, bedsheets are pristine clean. In general rooms look spotless, the only not clean thing is carpet.
We had breakfast, it was good.
Actually A/C is better than in other hotels - it doesn't blow at but just to the ceiling, though somewhat noisy.
Host was friendly and helpful. We had a parking space for the car.

Breakfast was decent, fresh fruits and some georgisk special cheeses
It was difficult to find the hotel since it doesn’t have any signs outside of the building. Also pretty dirty floors and rooms in reality don’t fit the pictures, maybe those were taken a while ago
