Disney characters coming around during breakfast at the hotels were a crowd attraction. Breakfast was mediocre at the hotel. On the second day, we went to Hollywood hotel thinking that we could have something different, but it turned out to be the same breakfast offering. Overall, breakfast can be improved.
The shuttle to Disneyland is very convenient. Facilities are good. We used the Spa and swimming pool. There were many activities offered at the hotel but we missed out on our short stay.
Rooms at the Disneyland hotel are a bit tired looking. Concierge did not tell us that shuttling between hotels by hotel shuttle is available. We took a taxi from Disneyland Hotel to Hollywood Hotel. But on the return journey, Hollywood hotel shuttle car took us back, which was great. That is the sort of service we expect.

Grand, beautiful, very kind & friendly staffs, which made you have a wonderful stay.
The property was a bit aged after so many years, but good to know that renovation has been taken place.

Close to Disney land as the kids were exhausted.
The transport to the hotel from the park Was always available.
Quite far from the city.
Communication with the staff was quite hard as place being visited by international visitors the menu of all places including room service was limited.
They tried with Halal options but confused with kosher.
All in all is just cultural and religious awareness needs to be empowered
