“Little Tara” met our every need while we were on Tybee Island. Perfect location to everything but on a quite street. Beds were a little uncomfortable. The cleaning service the owner is using needs to be reevaluated, there was thick dust on things on the wall and behind the beds (had to move to get to plug). The bedroom my husband and myself stand in had a huge ball of hair that wasn’t ours behind the door the first day. Other than that the house was good. We would stay there again.

Wonderful stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this house. It was clean, and an easy check in. Loved that it was just a short walk to the beach, and also to all the shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend!

Great house with ideal location
We loved our time at Little Tara! The house was renovated beautifully and super clean with great use of space. It was a perfect setup for our family trip with 6 adults. We loved spending time on the porches and had more than enough living space inside. The house was ideally located within easy walking distance from the beach, shops and restaurants.

The front porch is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The beach is only 3 blocks away so it was easy to go back and forth throughout the day. Lots of good restaurants and fun stores to buy souvenirs. We would highly recommend Little Tara for your stay on Tybee Island.

I really enjoyed this beautiful beach house that’s located only minutes from the beach and fine dining and from other stores. The beach house was nice and spacious and the management staff was very professional and friendly. The cleaners did a great job of prepping the house prior to check in. I will be coming back again to visit Little Tara Beach house.

Our family of 6 spent a week at this gem. We chose this location due to the location to the beach and shops of downtown, and the porch! The only disappointment anyone had was the week came to an end and we needed to return to reality.The house did not disappoint. The location is excellent. It is a VERY short walk to the beach, downtown is even closer. All all the shops and restaurants are literally just steps away. The house was one street back from the main road. This was the perfect distance to offer a quieter evening on the porch while keeping you close enough to the action if you decided it was not a porch evening.The home was very clean! there were no complaints at all with the state of the home upon arrival. We used all the appliances at the home with no issues (Including the grill). We found the beds to be restful and the house quiet.During our stay an AT&T truck was working on the pole outside our home and ended up messing up the Cable TV and Internet to the home. We called the property manager who promptly and tenaciously worked to remedy the situation. She did so in a manner that was very professional and unobtrusive to our stay. This issue was well beyond the control of the caretakers or owner. However, the level of attention that the property manager delivered to ensure that the issue received full resolution in the fastest manner with the least impact to us was impressive. I have full confidence if you experience any issue during your stay, the property manager will do the very best to resolve the situation.Highly recommend this house as well as the company that runs the property!

Great house, easy rental process
The house was just as advertised, very clean with linens, towels, cookware, and basic cleaning products supplied. Check in/out was painless, absolutely would rent again!

Fun with family and friends
Little Tara is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything you could ask for. The house itself is beautiful, with all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to Tybee.

My husband and I along with our daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren enjoyed a terrific week at this home.Plenty of room, quiet street yet near everything.Easy walk to the beach, Marine center, shops and restaurants.Joy and Kelly were a pleasure to work with.

The home has great central location on the island. Bike rental place a few blocks away, very convenient. The house was super clean and comfortable for our family gathering. Neighborhood was quiet. Outdoor shower divine!

Our family visited Tybee for the first time and we had no idea what to expect. Little Tara started off a fabulous vacation. This is an absolute wonderful house, very clean, homey, and a good location!! I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a great relaxing family getaway!!!

Nice
The house was very nice. They updated some things after we booked it so that was nice. It was clean. Linens were provided which was very convenient. It was a block from the beach, but you had to cross a somewhat busy road.

Close to everything
We originally had a home in Port St. Joe, FL reserved for our vacation. Visiting there was not possible after Hurricane Michael. Natural Retreats was AMAZING to work with to ensure we still had a vacation home to go to. We chose Tybee because it was closer to home and we had never been there. Little Tara was large with a great open floor plan in the downstairs living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The master bedroom porch was a favorite escape. The house was very convenient to walk to several beach access areas and we walked to many of the restaurants for meals. The home could use some updating and general maintenance. The paint on the walls was scuffed and scratched in a lot of places from heavy wear and tear. The showers were older and the one in the master sounded like the base could crack open at any second. It seemed as if the hardwood floors hadn’t been mopped in a while since my feet turned black (likely from the amount of sand tracked in regularly) after walking from the shower to the closet to get dressed. Lastly, the mattress in the master was hard as a brick and the bed frame creaked and moved every time you turned over at night. It was a good house and a good vacation. Just a few small changes would make it great!

We had a blast.
Six ladies stayed in the house 4 nights. Everything in the house was perfect— clean, neat, cute nautical decor. Our only complaint is that the sofa needs to be replaced. The cushions slide down into the frame, making it impossible to sit comfortably for any length of time.

Great house- loved location
Had a extended family vacation in June 2018. This was the perfect house for our party of 7. House came well equipped with everything we needed to cook inside, as well as outside on grill. Loved the outside shower. Front screen door needs worked on, as it doesn't close enough to keep the bugs out if you were not running the air. As it was June and warm, we just ran the air. We recommend this location to anyone visiting Tybee island.

The House was what we were expecting it to be, beautiful and within short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s was also close enough to Savanah to drive over and tour the city. Liked very much and would stay there again and would recommend to friends and family👍
