The owner Alessio was very helpful and ready to assist in every matter we asked him. Hospitality created unforgettable beginning of our stay in Sardegna. The Viletta had all features we needed. Rooms were clean, A/C very efficient, garden well maintained. It’s our first recommendation on booking but Alessio definitely deserves it.

everything was perfect

We were running 1.5hours late due to delays in getting an rental car at the airport. But the property managers were patiently waiting for us. Once we arrived, they showed us around the property explained all the essentials. They were super friendly and very professional. Having an entire house for our self with a toddler running around was really pleasant.

The location was excellent to travel around the Island. The bbq was an added extra too we made use of this one evening.

Nice house. The owner (Alessio) was very friendly and kind. He was quick to help with any request. There were some good beaches nearby. It was easy to reach Olbia from the place.

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. No WiFi.

Very nice hosts. Even that we have been arriving and leaving early it wasn't a problem to check in and check out. The house was very clean and nothing was missing. In fact there was already something to drink in the fridge and espresso available. The garden was also very nice and clean. A big plus was the possibility to park the car inside the walls of the house. Everything was just great. The washing machine worked, air condition in both sleeping rooms and the kitchen/living room worked well too. The bathroom looks really nice and was very clean. It's only 10 minutes to walk to the beaches and lots of restaurants of all price categories nearby. To the next supermarkt/shopping center/pharmacy it#s only 10 minutes by car in direction Olbia. Within 70 minutes driving to the north you can see all of the beauty of Costa Smeralda. So many beautiful beaches. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport from the house. We will come back next year for sure.
