Excellent location near promenade Rooms clean and well maintained first class breakfast Hosts Steve & Maria could not have been more helpful Would certainly stay there again
On street parking a little restriced at peak times but we managed to park up on the nearby promenade each evening

The morning breakfast ,and the cleanliness was excelente Harbour is only 5 mins away for trip back to N,Ireland The staff friendly and a smile every morning ,that would ture a grey sky blue,Ill be back PS . PASS IT ON DAVEY
