Very clean spacious and easy to use with the Bluetooth key system and fantastic views from sea facing room. Hosts are friendly and approachable and the cooked breakfast was nice.
Initially a little tricky to find it’s tucked away in a row of shops very minor gripe but ceiling fans dusty and one of the blinds pull cord separates on every use and needs replacing.

The rooms were really clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us. Sebrina made us feel very welcome. She and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our room was at the front of the property and we had a fabulous view right across Douglas bay The breakfast was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the serenity suites and are hoping to re visit in the not too distant future.
There wasn't anything really. The only downside was there are a lot of stairs up to the rooms which may not be suitable for everyone.
