Staff were good our room was ready at 0700 which was good as weather was not good and we would have to find things to do in the rain
We think it was building noise at 0700 in the mornings

Prom entrance , stairwells and bathrooms need updating. Single beds not suitable for adults. Wardrobe and drawers not necessary, easy to leave belongings behind. Modern hotels are without doors and drawers . Refreshment tray in a most awkward spot, having to heave it out and find a place on the dressing table, why?

Excellent food, all round very good
We would have liked a quiet lounge, for guests only

Dislikes:
1. The location takes 15-20 mins to walk to the town centre, I wish I had chosen a hotel closer to town.
2. Reservations don't work Saturdays and Sundays, so if you want to make changes to your reservation on the weekend after you arrive you would have to wait until Monday as Reception will not help.
3. The bedroom is not soundproofed so you can hear people talking in the corridor, the bedroom doors do not have soft-close so you hear bedroom doors slamming shut.
4. The bathroom has no window or no extractor fan

"I loved the level of accessibility, the design choices within the restaurants, and the supportiveness of the staff, as nothing was too much to ask for."
