Nice clean tidy hotel, friendly helpful staff. Very good breakfast. All you need in a room. Quiet hotel, yet close enough to town and facilities and with a great sea and Promenade view.
Bed was a bit lumpy and sensor light in bathroom switched off to often and only liked to activate when you were by the door.

The mattress needs replacing I tried turning it around and Turing it over that’s my only complaint the rest was perfect 👍
