The hotel is in a prime location right on the sea front. It is just round the corner from the main shopping road on Mostyn Street and is within easy walking distance of the pier, the Great Orm and many different cafes and restaurants.
Only small stuff. On arrival 2 small packets of biscuits were in the room but these weren't replaced daily like other hotels I've stayed in. Decor needed an update but that didn't particularly bother me.

Perfect location on the waterfront and close to shops & restaurants.
TV channels weren’t accessible. Satellite issue we were told. You tube was available so all was not lost.

Location in Llandudno was good.
Myself and the wife and two daughters and partners went together, while my two daughters had a brilliant room , myself and the wife had a box room not too happy when I saw their rooms , hence we left a day early wasnt happy at all.
