For the price we paid we were happy ,about what we got, beds were clean , lots of clean towels , tea and coffee facilities, was fine , it was just somewhere to sleep.staff were nice , especially Donna .we had breakfast of cheese and toast , I had crumpets everything was good .
It’s a bit dated , but it was fine .

It was a lovely big room with a big bathroom in a great location.
Staff were lovely and the food was so so nice.
On our booking we said we would be travelling with a one year old and when we got there they said we were on the top floor. This was around 90 steps to the room and no lift. That meant on our first night we had to carry the child and three suitcases, a pram and other bags full of baby essentials up god knows how many flights of stairs. Whenever we left the room we had to carry the child and everything we wanted to take with us up and down all these flights of stairs. Very inconvenient.
We also had requested a cot for our room and when we got there there wasn’t one so after carrying everything up we had to go all the way down again to ask for one.
Also in our room the toilet took about 4 attempts to flush each time.
And the one time we all had a shower someone came and knocked on our door to tell us it was leaking in one of the lower rooms.
