Ionas Boutique Hotel

Wonderful breakfast , lovely location, and very helpful staff. We felt super lucky to have found it and stayed there!

We had a wonderful stay at Ionas Boutique Hotel. The location is fantastic — right in the centre of Chania Old Town, but tucked away in a quiet corner away from the noise, so you get the best of both worlds. This is a lovely family-run hotel, and everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even made a special omelette for me at breakfast, even though it wasn’t on the menu! The male receptionist was particularly helpful, giving us clear directions and a link to the KTEL Central Bus Station. We also had an excursion booked and needed to meet our driver, and one of the staff members kindly escorted us to the meeting point. The cleanliness of this boutique hotel was exceptional — honestly, it’s one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time, and we travel a lot. We would definitely stay at Ionas Boutique Hotel again and highly recommend it.

Nothing everything was exceptional

I loved the location of this hotel and especially the family who run it. The owners made both me and my friend feel really welcome. The location was central in old town bustling with bars, restaurants and independant shops plus only a 15min walk to the beach. A little bonus was a small sun terrace on 2nd floor providing seating area plus drying area for guests to use. Just wonderful there I will most certainly visit again next year

There was nothing to dislike

It is a lovely hotel, very well positioned but it’s also quiet despite the central location. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and beautiful. It is a family run business and everyone there is lovely. They make you feel like home!

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.
