Monastery Estate Venetian Harbor

The history and the fact that it showed the ruins below your feet using glass panels. Very unique. Even though the tub was lovely I would have liked a shower but no big deal. I'm 67 so not was a little challenging to get in and out of the tub but for the property it was well worth it. The location was great and walking distance to everything. The breakfast in the courtyard was excellent. The food and cakes were so fresh and you had a wonderful selection. The concierge and the reception were always helpful and accommodating.

Not much except I would have liked a shower at times.

The location and the style, it’s built above Roman ruins

The fact that despite having the honeymoon suite, the water pressure was poor, if another room had a shower it dropped to a trickle, it was the same issue with the hot tub on the roof which meant we literally had scolding water at several times - for the price paid, this wasn’t good enough.

Everything was brilliant at this superb hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic and the facilities amazing. We will definitely be returning here very soon.

The breakfast and wait staff were phenomenal! All the items offered were high quality and the portions absolutely perfect. A highlight of the stay! The location and proximity to the amenities in the town were also excellent.

The room and facilities were unfortunately a little bit tired. The bathroom furnishings in particular were heavily marked and worn, which wasn't very appealing. The room whilst reasonably comfortable wasn't as high standard as we've enjoyed in other places. The rooftop was a bit underwhelming and lacked privacy.
