Fantastic location, and I love the balcony view of the harbor. The room decor is really cool, too! They accommodated our pillow and constant towel requests, which made for a comfortable stay :)). Love the size of our room as well - HUGE! This is our 3rd time in this hotel because of the room, view, and accessibility to the harbor/ restaurants/shopping. The orange juice is wonderful with the breakfast. The staff is VERY helpful with restaurant ideas, etc.
The breakfast is not as wonderful as it used to be - it is smaller. I prefer Greek yogurt (and honey), as well as eggs and fresh fruit, with every breakfast. This used to be the case with our first several stays.

Great central location in Chania. Large room with a very large balcony, where our breakfast was delivered by the charming staff.
Unfortunately very steep stairs into the property and two flights up to our room. Quite difficult with two large suitcases.
