I LOVED my stay at this property :)
The room was absolutely huge and beautifully cleaned every day. The staff were all so friendly & easy to reach when I needed to contact. The property itself is lovely because there are only a few rooms, which I liked.
My stay was very peaceful here, I couldn’t hear any noise around at night when sleeping.
The breakfast was also wonderful at the cafe, and the location of the property was perfect for me.
Yes there are no elevators only stairs, but this is Greece! Overall if I was to return to Chania I would stay here again without hesitation!
I have no complaints!

The location is fabulous! Right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the man who served us every morning was fantastic. Loved the balcony too.
There was a horrible musty smell when we first walked in and it seemed worse every time we came back to the room. The shower never fully dried out since it’s in the middle of the room so that didn’t help. The bed is just a thick piece of foam so not very comfortable and the pillows were very hard so not for everyone. The safe is half the size of a normal safe and not attached the anything so you could just pick it up therefore no real place to keep your valuables. Also the air conditioner was always the same temperature no matter what you did and it was usually way too warm in the room.

Location, staff helpful and obliging.
Not enough space to hang towels and clothes to air apart from a very narrow wardrobe and some hooks very close to the toilet. Sofa cover a bit tired and grubby looking. Very narrow staircase.
