We found the service very helpful and enjoyed use of the pool and gym. The garden was a relaxing place to spend time away from the busy city.

The bar would be nicer if it reflected the tropical setting, not an American ranch.

Room was good and adequate. Breakfast was very good. Gym, Yoga and swimming pool were available

Average hotel. Stayed for one night only. Pleasant staff and helpful. Food was okay.

The rooms are a bit old and so is the facility. There was only one lift working in the lobby and that too was very small. The bell boys did not have a trolley to take the luggage and had to literally carry all our bags in and out. Decent place, but not worth the money paid.

Located in an affluent up market area. Staff are courteous. Old world charm in the Lobby area. The Buffet spread for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner exceed expectations. Green Lush Garden and Lawn which uses purified waste water (recycling).

Old but reliable hotel in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. The best thing in this hotel is probably its excellent staff! From the front desk to the restaurant Chef (Ajmal), everyone showed efforts to make me feel welcomed. Very nice swimming pool too!

Breakfast spread was excellent. It included some surprise, regional foods like kambu koozh and ragi puttu. Very healthy yet very thoughtful menu.

1. The outside of the building - the front porch and the surroundings were not clean, especially, the empty cigarettes' cases, cigarettes' butts etc were not removed and it gave an ugly appearance. 2. We had problems in loading the car as the area to park the car for loading was not available for quite some time. The in-charge was not able to request the people to move their cars from that area as he was very hesitant to request people. 3. A suggestion - you could offer services to clean the guests' cars, if they stayed overnight. The leaves and flowers from the trees in the parking lot, the bird excreta and the mud/dirt because of the drizzling rain - all messed up the car.

The room was spacious and clean. Staff quite friendly. Location was ideal to visit city attractions.

When we checked in, there was routine maintenance on and the corridor outside the room had foul smell.

Not worth the cost. Beds too soft. Rollaway didn't look clean. Nickel and diming.

Breakfast was very nice & well served

Though, when we booked the app said breakfast was included. but at reception when we are checking in they said it is not. little disappointed. but ok.
