The look and feel of the hotel is good. Thats it!
The hotel location is very far from the city, so clearly its purely a business model set-up. We asked for an extra room key for which they informed that it was against the hotel's policy. This was very surprising. Staff was not accomodating with our requests for plates and spoons, we had to request several times.

very poor service at the breakfast. very isolated location and there is no Transporation outside the hotel. We have to always depends on the hotel.

For Madurai Airport, Location is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was ok ok.

Poor parking facilities. No help to guide on where to park the car or valet park

Breakfast Buffet (included) was extremely good and comprehensive.
Located Outside of Core Madurai.Believe it is better to stay outside of Madurai busy streets.
However good that short distance to Keeladi.
Restaurant menu is costly. While from trichy, u-turn to hotel at very far distance.No other shops near by.

The rooms were clean and exquisite.The staff were very helpful except a few.
The food wasn't upto the mark. We were travelling with 3 kids and they were not accommodating the need for kids. For instance, we had to wait over 45 mins to get one naan at 930 PM. I suggest not to eat at Amika.

Clean Rooms with all the basic amenities were provided. Food was really nice (both breakfast and dinner). Its close to the airport. Meenakshi temple is 7Km from there.
Bathroom could be better. It was very small and not well designed. Complimentary tea bag coffee were provided after we asked them. Service can be improved.

The continental breakfast was excellent , my kids loved it. The room was very clean and big in size to fit us. Well maintained and its a highly recommended place to stay for parents with young kids.
