Close to city centre. Whole front of house with yard to yourself was great.

We booked four bedrooms through Booking.com, However, when we arrived, only three bedrooms were unlocked and available. I contacted the host, who advised that only the number of beds corresponding to the number of guests would be provided. When I explained that we had specifically booked a property advertised as having four bedrooms, the host stated that we pay per person and that we would need to pay an additional fee to access the fourth bedroom. This was not made clear at the time of booking and, in my view, is misleading and does not match the accommodation advertised on Booking.com. There were also cleanliness and safety concerns: * The fire alarm was disconnected and hanging down * The pool safety fence had was wedged open with a garden ornament, meaning the pool area was not properly secured. * There were hairs on the bathroom floors, indicating that the bathrooms had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests. * There was insufficient cutlery for six people to sit down and have a meal together.

Comfy bed. Good location walking distance from town.

Toilet flusher broken. Toilet door handle hanging off door so was unable to be closed. Mould in shower and on shower curtain. Poor communication - it was over 48 hours before I received a return email. No answer on the phone number listed. Unmanned reception but this was not noted on booking. Broken timber frame on canopy bed. Charge of $30 if bin isnt emptied on departure. 2 teabags only provided Rooms only serviced for stays longer than 5 days. I am not sure how this property can be listed as 4 1/2 stars.

Location was great an easy walk to town.

Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Toilet brush container half full of pooey liquid. Sink does not drain properly. Bed lumpy. No additional blankets and only two pillows. Overpriced and underfacilitated.
