The location and the service.
No space in the fridge as it was bursting with alcoholic drinks on a minibar menu. It had a coffee pod machine but no frother or microwave to heat the milk. No toaster.
Two biscuits supplied were the size of a 10c coin!
OK if you want to eat out all the time (the breakfast downstairs was excellent).

Location, modern layout and room design, clean tidy and the staff were next level!!
I didn’t like the fact we had to leave but this has nothing to do with the property

The food was great.
It is not 5 star. The staff are not trained, and nobody seems in charge. We left a day early, and are waiting for an explanation as to why a staff person came into our room, and turned the light on while we sleeping. It was very disappointing because it is not cheap.
