The Bonobo by Raes

The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The room was very small, there was no place to sit, no chair in the room or in the hotel to relax, the room was near the courtyard and it was always loud because people were having dinner until very late. All rooms are oriented towards the courtyard so, you can't escape the loudness of the open air restaurant that serves until late. The bed linens were very nice but the bed itself was not very comfortable because it was soft and collapsed in the middle. The room had a nice shower but the hot water was not hot enough and no possibility to control it. The room had concrete floors that were cold, sandy, not comfortable under foot. No rugs to soften the concrete under foot. The fact that we had no place to sit was very disappointing, nowhere to have a drink but the bed. It just didn't feel luxurious at all but at more than $500 per night you expect better. There was almost no place to put our suitcases, not to mention opening them to take our clothes out, you get it, very tight unglamorous room.

The location, the service and amenities was fabulous!!
