Centrally located charming accommodation with a super breakfast.

We stayed in the Garner Suite which was lovely. Location is super central to The Commons which is only a couple of minutes on foot. Linen and bathroom were clean and the host had very kindly accommodated our last minute request for a pull-out bed. The room had everything you could want including a good coffee maker, air-con and hairdryer. The main bed was very generous in size, very comfortable and offered a great nights sleep. The afternoon tea cookies and coffee are a lovely touch and it was great to check-in just after 3pm and have a cup of tea with a sweet treat in the living room area. Breakfast of fresh fruit, orange juice, frittata, slice of ham and fried potatoes was fantastic but the stand-out were the freshly made waffles with syrup.

The sofa bed in the second room was not comfortable and unfortunately did not offer a good nights sleep. The pull out bed however was fine.

Lovely, historic inn located in close proximity to all the sights and sounds of Ithaca.

Great location, comfortable room perfect for three and delicious breakfast and treats!

The William Henry Miller Inn is the perfect place to stay when traveling to Ithica, NY. It is a very comfortable inn, plenty of space to hang out on the first floor, and very nice rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff very nice. It is located in town, so you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars.

Its a beautiful property, with comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, and friendly staff

The only quibbles would be that the location can be a little noisy as it is downtown on a major street. But that makes it extremely convenient to restaurants and other things to do, so it is a compromise.

Superb

Breakfast was amazing and the dessert treats were a lovely touch. My dietary limitations were well taken care of. As a tea drinker I loved having access to an electric kettle to make tea anytime I liked (there was pod coffee as well). Comfy bed, lovely historical building, located right in downtown and with parking...highly recommended and I hope to get a chance to stay again.

very good breakfast served with good coffee (using Nespresso Pods now), evening cookies are so good. rooms are super clean. Location is excellent, our third time staying at this Inn.

We will return....two grandkids attend local college and this will be our stay location of choice.

Friendly and professional services and welcoming attitude throughout our visit. Great location to town central, restaurants, as well as walking trails. Evening desserts were scrumptious. Ithaca is "Gorges."

A city map in welcoming letter would have been helpful.

A beautiful home in a great location for exploring Ithaca and the lakes.

characterful, period property thoughtfully designed and furnished. Daily homemade desserts were an added and delicious bonus!

The location to the mall area was great!

Cleanliness of rooms and wonderful staff ( Lily and Debra)! Breakfast was ample.

Would have liked to have met the owners. Didn't like having to park on the road because all the spots at the Inn were taken. Had chosen a garden view from the window, however there really was no garden to see - it wouldn't have taken much to add some color. Saw they were starting a flower bed in the front of the property though. Would have liked the ability to hang our clothes; I did see a wardrobe in another room.

Very good

I felt it is beautifully decorated and well prepared. Breakfast was soooooo delicious.

Unfortunately, in the early morning, I found a tiny bug was moving on the sheet. I was so surprised that I couldn’t sleep again.

Excellent location Close to the commons and Cornell, very comfortable, tasty breakfast. Lily (breakfast server) was lovely. Desserts and communal frig are a nice touch.

Romantic getaway

A charming old house. Brilliantly well maintained, tastefully decorated wigh loving hands. Location is perfect - near restaurants, coffee and bars; 10 min. walk to Ithaca falls, 20 to Cornell. Good English breakfast.
