Argos Inn - Ithaca's Boutique Hotel

The coffee was delicious! I loved starting my day with a cup of coffee and a piece fruit in the common area that had a lot of light and greenery. Loved ending my day with a cup of tea! Loved the bar scene. Room was really comfortable.

Everything was terrific.

Perfect boutique hotel while staying in Ithaca. Staff was wonderful. Jeff at the front desk was a great host. Rebecca and Marley in their famous bar were fun and made the atmosphere enjoyable. The location was perfect. Everything was a short walk from the property. Rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Nothing. I love historic properties like this.

Just came back from staying here a couple of days to hike in the area. We stayed in the white peacock room which is located on the first floor. It had a queen size bed so it might be tight for some but I was traveling with my sister so it suited us fine. The hotel staff were all great. The location is walkable to downtown and all restaurants. The argos bar in the lobby was convenient for us to grab a drink and make our way to sleep. 😊 This hotel has a lot of little touches that you don’t really find in hotels now, an espresso machine for coffee, free filtered water, a nice sun/solarium room with plants, a physical key to the room, a cute garden and outdoor space. The one thing I would say is when we first walked in to check in, the lobby area has a weird odor or smell?! Not sure what it is, but it’s possible it’s part of the “bar smell.” Perhaps they can light a candle or something. The room was great and had great lighting and a TV with all that you need. I would stay again.

Everything was wonderful and exceeded expectations. Charming and elegant style, comfortable and spacious accommodations, cool lobby bar and delightful patio dining. Staff was so friendly and pleasant. Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever visited.

Nothing at all comes to mind.
