The restaurant was very nice and very good for a hotel restaurant, very nice atmosphere in there I think this is probably one of the nicer places to eat in Ithaca, the room was very well laid out and well decorated, I enjoyed the nespresso machine in the room. There was cold water and ice available down the hall as well.
No on site parking. It was hard to come up with something we didn’t like though. Would definitely stay here again

Location is perfect and the hotel really beautiful and pampering. Breakfast is served in the restaurant and not as a buffet but the selection was great. My only remark is that it takes a very long time to serve what was chosen from the menu. staff was very friendly and helpful attending to every request.
Nothing. It is a great hotel.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Dog friendly. Great lobby and café space for morning coffee and meals.
The Strand Café is understaffed and there are usually longer than necessary wait times for services and meals.

Good location, clean room
Price per night is outrageous for small market like Ithaca NY, hotel knows people who stay are parents of students from Cornell
